Can't get your child to eat a vegetable?

This class has the answers you need to take control of your mealtime, expand your child's diet, and swap processed foods to healthier products.

Ingrid Lucas-Feeding Therapist

As a speech pathologist that has specialized in feeding issues in children for the past 17 years, I have addressed all types of feeding problems and picky eating issues with children. Your child can enjoy mealtime and eat a diet that includes fresh vegetables and fruit. There is no need to rely on processed packaged food for daily meals (eg: chicken nuggets, pizza, chips etc...). This class will teach you the 3 key steps to getting your child to eat any new food.

Current Lunch box

Does your child's lunch box look like this? Full of treats, juice, Gogurt, fruit gummy snacks, and chips.

Do you want this lunch box?

This class will get you to packing some of these fruits and vegetables for your child.
